Benita has worked in the travel industry for over 17 years, mainly coordinating air travel and ground transportation for airline crew members. She has arranged ground transport in almost every airport in the world including the ten busiest which includes Atlanta, Tokyo, London, Chicago, Dubai and Dallas amongst others. She understands the need for on time, hassle free drop offs and pick ups, especially if a passenger is traveling on the last flight of the day. For many years, she has been dealing with transportation vendors and crew members ensuring that the vendors provide the needs of the crew and that the crew members are satisfied. She has been the go between and one to come up with a conflict resolution if that need arises. Benita understands the logistics of ground transportation in many countries as well as the United States, While many airport hotels have their own shuttle service, a vast majority have a time restriction or pick up at a certain hour. A hotel may have transfer service from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00pm, but a flight arrives at 11:00pm, Access Transportation will be there on time to pick up the passenger fast and drop off safely. Some hotels have pick up every hour, but the passenger cannot wait that long, then we give you Access!
